Oneworld alliance carrier American Airlines is to start daily services from Brussels to Boston via London Heathrow from 19 November.

The Boston service, which adds to American's daily flights from Brussels to Chicago and New York JFK, will be operated using Boeing 767-300 aircraft configured with two classes.

"The introduction of a third daily flight for the 2009-10 winter schedule demonstrates the importance American places on the Brussels market," says American Airlines senior vice-president Craig Kreeger.

"It will also enable late afternoon connections to both Chicago and New York JFK as well as an additional Brussels-London option for local passengers."
