Willem Kooijman has been appointed executive vice-president personnel and organisation of Dutch national airline KLM, effective from 1 May. He succeeds Cees Van Woudenburg, who has joined the KLM board of managing directors. Kooijman joins from Rotterdam-based catering firm Van Hecke.
