Northrop seals deal

Northrop Grumman has completed its merger with Logicon in a $750 million share-for-share deal. The US manufacturer will operate Logicon as a wholly owned subsidiary. In July, Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman agreed to merge by the end of 1997.
