UK airport operator BAA has named Margaret Ewing, currently group finance director at the newspaper publisher Trinity Mirror, as its new group finance director. Ewing replaces Russell Walls, who retires later this year. Fastener specialist Fairchild has named John Flynn as chief financial officer, replacing Michael Alcox. Flynn will keep his current post of senior vice president of tax.
