PW150 certificated

Transport Canada has awarded type certification to Pratt & Whitney Canada's PW150A turboprop. The 3,800kW (5,000shp) engine, P&WC's largest, will power Bombardier's de Havilland Dash 8Q-400. Bombardier received the first production engine on 30 June.
