Ukraine delays comsat launch due to registration error
Ukraine has suffered a delay to the launch of its Lybid communications satellite. The cause of the delay was due to the Ukrainian authorities failing to confirm the orbital slot of 38 degrees East in time for registration with the International Telecommunications Union.
