Peter Sutch has resigned his post of chairman, of Swire Pacific's Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering (HAECO). Sutch, who remains chairman of Swire and Cathay Pacific, is replaced by David Turnbull, Cathay Pacific Airways, deputy managing director.
