Switzerland’s AMAC Aerospace is at MEBAA, having secured a clutch of maintenance packages on Airbus, Boeing and large-cabin Gulfstream business jets, including from the Middle East.

The Basle-based maintenance and completions house says it will carry out an A-check and minor cabin modifications on a Boeing Business Jet for a customer from the Gulf, and another A-check on an Airbus ACJ319 for a first-time client. A further new customer has signed for a six-year check on a Gulfstream G550, which was due to arrive in Basel at the end of November. AMAC is also undertaking a heavy C-check and landing gear overhaul on an ACJ318 from the Middle East.

Three aircraft – an ACJ318, an ACJ319 and a BBJ – have just been returned to their operators after heavy checks, says AMAC.
