The Gavrilov R-195 turbojet was developed to power Sukhoi Su-25 and Su-28 attack aircraft. The Khachaturov R-29 powers the Mikoyan MiG-23 and MiG-27, as well as the Sukhoi Su-22. The Soyuz design bureau is also known as the Moscow Scientific Production Corporation "Soyuz" (Alliance).
