The Israel-based company is demonstrating its latest generation long-range PowerHF radio communications systems. PowerHF is designed for communications over hundreds to thousands of kilometres, without the need for satellite or telecoms networks.
For air and naval forces, PowerHF can be used as the primary communication tool. For ground forces it is an ideal solution for deployed units far from home bases.
It also supports high speed data communications based on updated MIL-STDs, frequency management functions for strategic applications and digital voice.
Remote control operation and automatic link recovery ensures maximum transmission efficiency, while the system's Central Command Centre delivers foolproof operation with automatic back-up for each mission in case of channel failure.
Tadiran is also showing its CNR-9000 HDR (hardware defined radio), which features high-speed 115kps data communications on VHF/FM channels. This is the fastest data rate over a VHF channel available on the market.
