All Nippon Airways has ordered four Bombardier Dash 8 Q400s for operation by its regional subsidiary Air Nippon Network. The first of the 70-seat turboprops will enter service in autumn 2003 on the Osaka-Kochi route. Once all four Q400s have been received 15 roundtrips will be offered per day.

China Development Bank’s (CDB) financial leasing arm has disclosed it will be ordering 50 Boeing 737 Max 8s, marking its second major aircraft order in a week.
