Delta Connection will launch services with the 70-seat Bombardier CRJ700 regional jet in April. The first of 57 aircraft on order was delivered to Delta Connection carrier Atlantic Southeast Airlines (ASA) on 29 January. On 7 April, ASA will begin operating the CRJ700 between Delta's Atlanta hub and six US cities. A further three destinations will be added on 1 May. In each of the markets, the CRJ700 is replacing flights operated with the 50-seat CRJ200.
