Sir - One could get the impression that everything is wrong with Fairchild/Dornier product support from reading the article "Horizon Dash 8 order signals end for Dorniers" (Flight International, 4-10 September, P5).
As the launch customer of the Dornier 328, we feel that this should be corrected. Apart from the fact that we feel that research should have been undertaken with other Dornier 328 operators, we in Air Engiadina can only state that we have had a very positive approach from Dornier product support over the past years and have found it to be very efficient in problem solving.
