FL Technics has signed a three-year agreement with low-cost carrier EasyJet for aircraft line maintenance on nine Airbus A319s based at Manchester airport and Newcastle International airport.

The maintenance, repair & overhaul (MRO) firm will extend its current line maintenance contract with EasyJet until 2015, following the completion of a tender issued by the airline.

The agreement will see FL Technics' subsidiary Storm Aviation provide line maintenance support for six A319 aircraft in Manchester and three A319s in Newcastle.
