Austrian Airlines will launch a twice-weekly service from Vienna to Armenian capital Yerevan in March. Pan American Airways will begin scheduled services between Orlando and San Juan, Puerto Rico on 24 May. It will also offer a twice weekly charter service between Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. Air Labrador will begin a codeshare service on behalf of Air Canada Regional on the Gander-St John's route on 2 February, with five daily round trips using Raytheon Beech 1900Ds. British Airways will begin a scheduled Boeing 767 service from London Gatwick to Providenciales, Turks & Caicos on 3 June. Air Canada will launch daily Airbus A319 services between San Jose, California, and Calgary, Alberta, on 29 June. Iberia will begin a daily service between Madrid and Dublin at the end of March using Airbus A320s. Canadian low-cost carrier WestJet will commence a twice daily service between Calgary and Toronto Pearson in July, following delivery of its first 737-700. Hamilton will continue to be WestJet's Ontario hub, with the Toronto-Calgary service acting only as a connection to its western Canadian network. British Airways franchise operator British Regional Airlines is to launch daily services (except Saturday) between Newcastle and Oslo in July using a 49-seat Embraer ERJ-145. Delta Air Lines and Israeli flag carrier El Al are seeking approval to launch codeshare services on 25 March. Delta plans to codeshare on El Al's Tel Aviv-New York services, while El Al wants to link its code to the US airline's flights beyond New York. Delta will introduce a New York-Tel Aviv service on 1 June on which El Al will buy seats. America West Airlines is to restructure its Las Vegas operations on 1 April, retiming eight late night flights to arrive or depart earlier in the evening or in the morning. Brazilian low-fare start- up Gol Transportes Aéreos has launched domestic services with 737-700s from São Paulo.
