Airbus has received its first order from Asia for a VIP-configured A340-500. The deal is the third for a VIP A340 this year and coincides with China Sonangol disclosing a previously placed firm order for three Airbus Corporate Jetliners (pictured). Sonangol is the first named Chinese customer for the ACJ, which is being outfitted at Associated Air Center in Dallas, Texas.
