CDB Aviation Lease Finance has disclosed that it will sell five Boeing 737-800s and one Airbus A320 to an unnamed lessor in a $232 million transaction.

The company states that it signed a firm sale agreement for four of the aircraft on 17 August, and intends to enter into a similar agreement for the two other aircraft. All six jets are set to be transferred to the buyer by the end of October.

CDB Aviation did not identify the MSNs of the jets involved, but says they are leased to four different carriers.

Based on the disclosed special purpose vehicles that are selling the aircraft, Flight Fleets Analyzer indicates that the 737s are between six and 10 years old. Two are leased to Lion Air, two to Skymark Airlines and one to Sun Express.

The A320, meanwhile, appears to be a four-year old unit leased to Wizz Air powered by International Aero Engines V2500s.
