Next year will see the 50th anniversary of the formation of Kuwait Airways and the company is planning celebrations throughout the year.
Early documentation is scarce in Kuwait. Many of the early employees were British and the company would like anyone with photographs or documents from the 1950s to get in touch - there may even be a job for a historian.
