The Airbus A380 will be making an appearance at next month's Asian Aerospace International Expo and Congress in Hong Kong.

Rolls-Royce Trent 900-powered development aircraft MSN007 - which is equipped with a fully furnished 519-seat cabin, will be in Hong Kong on 3-5 September for the show as part of an Asian tour that will also take in stops in Bangkok and Chiang Mai in Thailand, Hanoi in Vietnam and Seoul in South Korea.

Asian Aerospace, organised by Reed Exhibitions, sister company to flightglobal.com's publisher Reed Business Information, will include a three-day Congress and the Asia Pacific Airline Training Symposium.

The event is being supported by private and public sector organisations including the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department, Hong Kong Airport Authority, the Commission of Science Technology and Industry for National Defence and the Aerospace Forum Asia.
