Sikorsky has won a $43.2 million contract to convert four UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters to the configuration unique to Taiwan.
The work is to be completed by 31 October 2014, and will be conducted at Sikorsky's Stratford, Connecticut facility, says a statement on US Department of Defence web site.
In early 2010, the US approved a $6.1 billion arms deal with Taiwan that included 60 UH-60M.
