Iceland-based Air Atlanta Group is in talks to take over UK charter carrier Excel Airways. Air Atlanta, which already has a 40.5% stake, is looking to buy Libra Holidays' 39% shareholding at a discount to the share price. Excel focuses on third party flights for tour operators.
