Royal Jordanian's business jet subsidiary Arab Wings has been part-privatised and will be relaunched in the second quarter of the year.
Royal Jordanian retains a stake in the new company, which assumes ownership of Arab Wings' two Rockwell Sabreliners, while the other investors are the Royal Jordanian Air Academy and the Jordan Fund.
Arab Wings' investors hope the new venture will be able to capitalise on the rapidly growing regional demand for business jet services.
