Lineas Aereas Privadas Argentinas (LAPA), the largest privately owned Argentinean airline, took delivery of a Boeing 757 on 28 September. Airline president Andy Deutsch says that LAPA may consider a second 757 when it reviews performance figures in around six months time. LAPA operates six Boeing 737s and two Saab 340s on 24 domestic routes, plus one to Uruguay.
