Frontier Airlines has appointed its president and chief operating officer Jeff Potter as chief executive (CEO), in place of Sam Addoms, who will remain the US carrier's chairman. Executive Aircraft has named Skip Madsen, formerly executive vice president and chief operating officer of Duncan Aviation as president. Bertolt Flick, chairman of Latvian flag carrier Air Baltic, is to add president and CEO roles to his position after the departure of Jens Helmo Larsen for Air Baltic's part-owner Scandinavian Airlines. William Moreu has been named Sino Swearingen's new director flight operations. He joins from New Piper, where he was director of engineering. Lee Shave, formerly Swissair executive vice president marketing and product, is now general manager commercial of Qatar Airways. Andrew Drysdale, CEO at Australian regional Hazelton Airlines, becomes International Air Transport Association regional director for Asia-Pacific (excluding China) on 15 March.
