India's Jet Airways has introduced new domestic services from its recently established hub in Bangalore to Cochin, Coimbatore, Goa and Mumbai. Madras and Hyderabad will be added from May, as will a Hyderabad-Visakhampatnam service. US Airways launched a daily service from its hub in Charlotte, North Carolina, to Paris Charles de Gaulle on 13 April. A service to Frankfurt, Germany, begins on 11 May. Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) and Icelandair have filed with the US Department of Transportation for anti-trust immunity on transatlantic flights. The two airlines already codeshare on some flights between the USA and Scandinavia. Delta Air Lines began a daily service between New York Kennedy and Lyon, France, on 14 April. The US airline is also starting a codeshare with South African Airways on flights from Johannesburg to Windhoek in Namibia. Taca International Airlines began a weekly charter service between Los Angeles and Havana, Cuba, on 15 April, on behalf of Cuba Travel Services. Last year, the US Government restored direct flights to Cuba, but tourism is still not allowed. KLMuk's low-cost arm, buzz, has added seven new destinations from its London Stansted hub - Helsinki, Hamburg, Marseilles, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Montpellier and Jerez. Midwest Express Airlines is expanding into the US East Coast. The carrier will introduce a twice daily service between Des Moines, Iowa, and New York LaGuardia via Indianapolis on 15 June, using LaGuardia slots previously used by Access Air. Indianapolis-Boston service will begin in September, and Midwest has filed for slots to begin Des Moines-Washington National service in October. Meanwhile, flights between the airline's Milwaukee, Wisconsin, hub and Des Moines will be upgraded from turboprop to jet service. Emirates has begun three times weekly flights from Dubai to Milan.
