Aces trumps

Bogotá has convinced Washington that Aces can fly new Airbus A320s to the US even though Colombia remains in category 2. Category 2 freezes US routes and fleets for foreign airlines, but Aces' tests and pressure from Colombian officials convinced the FAA to exemptthe airline's new jets.
