The first A119 Koala helicopter to roll off the production line at the new Agusta Aerospace facility in Philadelphia has made its first flight.
The flight is a landmark for the plant, which saw a ground-breaking ceremony in March 2004 and a grand opening in October of last year.
Since then, AgustaWestland has put together a team of technicians, trained in Italy, to manufacture the Koala in the US.
