World Aviation Support, the sister company of British World Airlines, has bought British Aerospace's complete spares stock for the BAC One-Eleven. The £20 million package of rotables and consumables will be held at the company's South end base in the UK and together with maintenance services, will be offered to operators worldwide. A total of 272 One-Elevens were built, and around 140 are believed to be still in service.
