The long-running battle between Aerospatiale and British Aerospace to sell anti-ship missiles to Kuwait has taken a further twist, with the Kuwaiti parliament insisting that a decision to award the contract to BAe be examined by the public funds protection committee. The Defence Ministry is insisting that the Sea Skua was selected on technical merit.
