Russia is set to withdraw its remaining RS-12M Topol (SS-25 Sickle) mobile intercontinental ballistic missiles from Belarus by 25 July, according to East European press reports. The reports quote Col. Vladimir Krivomazov, a spokesman for Russia's strategic missile forces, as saying that there are 18 of the single-warhead missiles based near Lida, on the border with Lithuania, and another 18 in Mozyr, near the Ukrainian border.
