Bell Helicopter Textron and the State Ownership Fund of Romania have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) setting the ground rules for negotiations for Bell's acquisition of a major interest in IAR Brasov, the state-owned aircraft and helicopter manufacturer.
