Boeing delivered 76 commercial aircraft in the first quarter, up from 71 in the first three months of last year. Deliveries of Next Generation 737s increased to 55 for the quarter, up from 41 a year earlier, but 767 deliveries fell to just one from nine in the first three months of last year.
