Pat Coulter has joined the Boeing Commercial Airplane Group as vice-president of communications, having previously held a similar position with US east coast telecommunications company Bell Atlantic. Since leaving the US Marine Corps in 1984, Coulter has specialised in communications, first with the Rocketdyne division of Rockwell International, then with Raytheon. He will continue in this area in his new post.
