Gary Hart has been named vice-president for flight operations at Bombardier Aerospace/AMR Combs venture Business Jet Solutions of New York. He was formerly assistant vice-president of flight operations at AMR Combs Worldwide Flight Operations. Dennis Keith is appointed vice-president of marketing and sales. He was previously director of flight operations at Frito-Lay, of Dallas, Texas.
