An undesirable feature of low-cost airlines is that, to cut staff, they will take reservations only on the internet. If you cut staff, you cut service. Most potential users will have access to the net, but there are problems with credit-card security and system downtime. Some of us would like to deal with humans, at least as a back-up. Websites may not have the answer to some queries.
