Dispenser delivery
Aerospatiale has delivered to Starsem the first of six payload dispensers, each to carry four Globalstar satellites on launches of Soyuz boosters from Baikonur. The first flight is being planned for later this month. Three additional Soyuz flights were booked by Globalstar after the Zenit failure in September.
