Daimler-Benz has set up debis AirFinance to take over Fokker's portfolio of leased aircraft. The service division of Daimler-Benz, debis, has a 35 per cent stake and Dasa holds 10 per cent. The remaining 55 per cent is held by one Dutch and three German banks. Fokker has transferred aircraft worth DFl900 million ($556 million) to the leasing company, and will move the remainder, valued at DFl300 million, in January.
