Swedish specialist CTT Systems is to fit its Cair cabin-environment system to a Boeing BBJ2 executive jet under an agreement with Germany's Lufthansa Technik.

Lufthansa Technik has already placed an order with Nyköping-based CTT this year. The Cair installation generates a relative humidity of 20%, reducing the dry atmosphere in the cabin, while its zonal drying component reduces problematic condensation.

CTT has yet to reveal the customer for the VIP BBJ2 aircraft, which is based on the 737-800. However, vice-president of sales Peter Landquist says the company is delighted to work with Lufthansa Technik again.
