Local media reports claim that Israel conducted another "phantom attack" on the Syrian Golan Heights on 29 July, killing three militants from the Popular Resistance Committees, a group loyal to Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad.

The Hezbollah-owned Al-Manar news channel says that an armed Israeli unmanned air vehicle conducted the attack on the edge of the village of Hader, on the outskirts of Quneitra. Syrian and Lebanese media reports say the target was a car that was being used by the militants.

Sources in Lebanon and Syria have previously alleged that Israel has used UAVs as strike platforms.

Israel has not responded to the media reports about the most recent strike in Syria.
