Russia's lower house has adopted a draft law that requires all foreigners entering Russia to have an AIDS test. Intourist says tourism will fall by 40 per cent if the law is passed. The tests will take place at the point of entry and have a turnaround time of three hours. There are no estimates as yet of the effects on business traffic.
