EADS has confirmed the accession of Arnaud Lagardère as co-chairman, succeeding his father Jean-Luc, who died last month. Barbara Barcon has been appointed vice-president (VP) planning and analysis at Northrop Grumman, moving from VP finance and business at the company's Space Technology division. Guido Gianasso, formerly of Credit Suisse and the World Bank, has been named director of human resources development for the International Air Transport Association.
