Yet another rescue is under way for Argentina’s ailing Southern Winds.The latest proposal comes from Italian entrepreneur Robertino Médici, who has bought a third of the airline’s equity, representing half the shares owned by Juan Maggio and his brother. This latest deal could face
problems under Argentina’s foreign ownership cap because of other overseas holdings in the airline.
