Sino Swearingen has shipped to its Martinsburg, West Virginia-based manufacturing facility the last component - a forward fuel tank - for its third and final SJ30-2 flight-test aircraft. There are two aircraft in the test programme, "flying up to seven days a week", says the manufacturer, which has yet to announce a certification date.
