What better place to sign a deal than in the plush seats of your own aircraft?
Robin Brodhurst, managing director, Aravco (left) and Robert Whitney, chief executive, Platinum Jet Air, yesterday signed a $7 million lease agreement for a third Fokker 100 Corporate Shuttle (F100CS).
They signed the deal in Platinum Jet's first F100CS, which was on display in the Business Aircraft Park.
Platinum Jet will operate the new F100CS between Vancouver and Toronto from October this year. It will have 48 business class seats and a stand-up bar.
Platinum Jet has plans to acquire a further four aircraft by the end of 2005. The total value of the seven aircraft will be just over $50 million.
