Endeks Aviation has launched Turkey's first private air ambulance company, kick-starting operations with a Eurocopter AS350B3. Chief executive Selcuk Oran says the Istanbul-based company expects to expand its fleet to five helicopters by the end of 2005. Oran says Endeks will also provide VIP, search-and-rescue, aerial-filming, firefighting and charter services.
