Emirates Airline has a new look for the new millennium. It was inaugurated by General Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, during the official opening of the show yesterday.

The new logo and tailfin were unveiled on a Boeing 777-300, the latest addition to the Emirates fleet and the world's longest aircraft.

The first corporate identity change in the airline's 14-year history, the new look features the flowing colours of the UAE national flag on the tailfin and a new Emirates logo which dominates the forward area of the fuselage. The Arabic logo is also on the fuselage, the wing tips and engine. Regardless of the length of aircraft, the logo will retain the same position.
