Singapore Airlines (SIA) is looking to operate its first Airbus A380 around December 2006. “Based on the latest indications from Airbus, [the first A380] will not be delivered to us earlier than late November next year,” says SIA chief executive Chew Choon Seng. “If so, we will not put the aircraft into service before Christmas.”
