Clearpath Robotics tested its Husky A200 UGV for live demos on the show floor. The UGV can track and follow an object or navigate terrain on its own in "explore" mode. Clearpath Robotics engineer Matthew Rendall says other companies use the system as a research prototype to save money. For instance, the Canada Space Agency uses the Husky for lunar prototyping, and the University of California Berkeley uses it for academic research.
