Aerospace and defence group BAE Systems has been accused of conspiracy to defraud in a case in London's High Court. ABM Venture Capital of Italy is suing BAE and others for the recovery of losses related to the collapse of regional start-up National Jet Italia (NJI) last year. BAE supplied its 146 regional jets to NJI on a lease-back basis.
