Aerostructures Australia has appointed Caidmark as its sole agent in Malaysia. The Kuala Lumpur-based company will receive technical assistance from Aerostructures to support the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) together with other Malaysian government and commercial organisations in the field of aircraft structural integrity.

Caidmark has expertise in condition monitoring and computer services for commercial and government clients, including the RMAF. The company is also contracted by the RMAF to support the Boeing F/A-18 usage monitoring system including fatigue life determinations.

Like Aerostructures, Caidmark specialises in technology. It currently employs around 60 personnel. The company was formed and is headed by Dr Assanah bin Mohd Mydin, with whom a supporting agreement was signed.
